Located along the city’s buzzing Flinders Lane dining precinct, NOMAD Melbourne is housed in an iconic subterranean space. With a roaring wood fired oven as the centrepiece, the dining room features a large open kitchen & bar. Celebrating local produce and some of our favourite Sydney dishes, the menu also features it’s own unique spin on Middle Eastern flavours cooked over fire & smoke.

Our beverage program highlights both iconic and emerging producers, with a strong focus on Australian wines and sustainable practices. With Coravin, we present 5 rotating wines by the glass, tailored to season and menu. A key feature is offering 3 distinct wine pairings to match our 3 tasting menus, each showcasing a selection of Australian and international wines chosen to reflect our character.

2025 Patrick Sullivan ‘Bullswamp’ Chardonnay (Gippsland, Victoria)

A leading voice in modern Australian wine, crafts Chardonnay with restraint and a true vineyard-first philosophy. Sourced from old dry-grown vines on the volcanic soils of Gippsland’s Warragul, the wine delivers a powerful yet precise expression of the region.

2016 Hickinbotham ‘Brooks Road’ Shiraz (McLaren Vale, South Australia)

Planted in 1971 on the elevated hills of Clarendon, this historic vineyard once supplied fruit to Australia’s most iconic wines. The standout 2016 vintage delivers concentration, structure and natural freshness shaped by ancient soils and cooling coastal winds.

2018 Radio-Coteau ‘Lemorel’ Zinfandel (Sonoma Coast, USA)

Estate Zinfandel from 1946 old vines, grown 12km from the Sonoma Coast on a biodynamic site. Free-run juice only, with minimal intervention. Blackberry and ripe cherry with dried herbs and sweet tobacco. A master of Californian Zinfandel!

Serena built her career as a wine and sake sommelier before joining Nomad Melbourne. With diverse international experience, her focus is on curating wines that highlights both local character and global perspective. Court of Master Sommelier Advanced level and WSET Level 3 in Sake, she brings both expertise and passion to her role.
