A unique and welcoming design, inspired by sophisticated Anglo-Saxon clubs. Structured on several floors, the restaurant consists of a space on the ground floor with a large tasting room, mezzanine and cigar room. The basement houses the cellar (6,000 labels and over 18,000 bottles), the cured meats and cheeses aging area and a private room.

The beating heart of the place, the cellar (a real wine library) preserves thousands of labels with care and skill. The constant temperature of 14°C and humidity between 70 and 80% ensure optimal preservation of the wines. Slanted shelves and soft lighting best preserve the organoleptic properties and integrity of the cork stoppers.
