Dom Perignon Brut Épernay 2015

A complex iteration showing terrific energy and tension. Aromas of orchard fruits with toast and a palate of citrus peel, white flowers and Mirabelle plums. Perfect for a celebration when young but also rewarding those that age it for a decade to come.

Don Melchor Maipo Valley 2019

One of Chile’s top examples of Cabernet from the Puente Alto Vineyard at over 2,000 feet at the foot of the Andes. A full bodied with ultra-fine tannins that reveal notes of coffee with overlaying chocolate and plum. Elegant and powerful with a fresh mineral acidity.

Chateau Lynch-Bages Pauillac 2015

One of the top offerings of the appellation from this vintage it is rich and ripe with dark berry fruits and underlying notes of mint, leather, graphite and tobacco. A medium bodied palate with a long chewy finish.

Brian King

Bryan has worked with Mastro’s Steakhouse since 2014, starting in Beverly Hills. Being passionate about wine he was encouraged to study with the Court of Master Sommeliers earning his Level II Certification in 2016. Having moved to Thousand Oaks in 2020 he became Wine Director in 2022. His passion drives the program in this beloved, community first, restaurant.
