Stags Leap Artemis 2019

Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars Artemis 2019 is a polished Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon with ripe blackberry and black cherry fruit, layered with notes of cedar, cocoa, and subtle sweet spice. The palate is rich but balanced, with fine-grained tannins and a long, smooth finish. It is refined and easy to enjoy now, with enough structure to age.

Le Mortelle Botrosecco 2023

Le Mortelle Botrosecco 2023 is a Maremma Toscana red blend built around Cabernet varieties, offering ripe blackberry and black cherry fruit with touches of Mediterranean herbs, cocoa, and a hint of white pepper. The palate is savoury and well-structured, with fine but present tannins and a persistent, dark-fruited finish.

Shaw + Smith M3 Chardonnay 2023

Shaw + Smith M3 Chardonnay 2023 is a cool-climate Adelaide Hills Chardonnay with aromas of white flowers, citrus and nectarine, supported by subtle hazelnut and gentle smoky oak. It is layered and textural but driven by bright acidity, finishing dry and precise, with the shape to develop further in bottle.
