London's destination natural wine bar demystifies the world of natural and organic wines, providing low intervention and sustainably sourced food and drink to the table. Knowledge and service forms the epicentre of the service at the wine shop, bar & café. This allows us to truly understand the benefits of organic, biodynamic and low intervention farming methods.

Barbare Vineyards GSM

A Grenache Syrah Mouvedre from Organic Vineyards in Turkey! Our own import and pet project of Xavier Vignon (A Rhone and Châteauneuf-du-Pape superstar in Rhone). Big, toasy, ripe and dried red fruit, its a big spicy number.

Sunny Hodge

Finding the “Why?” behind food and wine is what Sunny Hodge has specialised in since he began his career in Hospitality. He is now developing a wine education program on science and functionality. He is an International wine judge for the IWSC awards and Decanter World Wine Awards, and recently took two awards at the London Wine Fair Buyers Awards including ‘Overall Wine Buyer of the Year 2025’.
