At Pabú we offer the entire wine list by the glass, composed of more than 400 references thanks to extensive use of Coravin, including great Champagnes and unique selections. The list evolves daily, combining historic producers and minimal intervention projects, with special attention to the freshness, energy, and optimal moment of each wine.
