Marmelo’s selection aims to make Iberian wines the protagonists of this list, celebrating both classic and more experimental wine makers. A strong Victorian representation comes full circle complemented by an extensive selection of classics from around the globe. Our choices are driven by excellence in wine making, diversity, sustainability, and, more than anything else, tasty wines.

We offer roughly 24 wines by the glass and additional about 25 Sherry's, Port and Madeira's including a 1907 D’Oliveiras Frasqueira Reserva Malvasia which is also poured by Coravin among others. SInce these long aged, exclusive Portuguese wines are a corner stone of our program, being able to pour those with Coravin is a massive advantage for us.

2016 Mount Mary ‘Triolet’

This absolute iconic victorian wine was made the first time 1987, inspired by the white wines of Grave, Bordeaux. We are currently pouring the stunning 2016 Vintage that sits in a perfect drinking window and subdues with spicy pear, lime
and apple over a backdrop of pencil shavings, light dried honey, subtle herbaceous and incredible length and balance.

1907 D’Oliveiras Frasqueira Reserva Malvasia

A very rare single expression of Malvasia, made meticulously over a century ago. This exclusive experience of aged Madeira offers lots of depth and complexity, but still provides freshness and feels very alive. The palate interplays between toffee, vibrant spice, deep nutty complexity and lavish timber, oaked characters.
