Akos Turi is the Master Sake Sommelier at Hotel Okura Amsterdam. One of the only two Sake Masters in the Netherlands, he leads the hotel's sake program and workshops. Passionate and highly trained, he travels to Japan regularly to deepen his expertise and share sake's rich culture with the guests.
